There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.The Financial Due Diligence Manager is responsible for performing financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures, preparing detailed financial analyses, and interacting with top-level management to gather pertinent information. This role also involves using various software tools, collaborating with other functional areas such as tax and audit, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and engagement letters**Job Responsibilities*** Leads execution of diligence engagements.* Oversees engagement teams and timelines.* Manages client communication and issue resolution.* Supports development of junior leaders.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience.* 6–11 years of experience.**Preferred Qualifications*** Transaction or diligence exposure.At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
