Job description
Shape CANARIE's network infrastructure as a Network Architect in this full-time role. Contribute to implementation, support, and cutting-edge network technologies.

In this pivotal position, you will report to the Senior Manager of Network while guiding design and making key decisions. Your experience will help drive the deployment of advanced network services, collaborating with software developers and security professionals. A strong focus on reliability and responsiveness will be vital as you maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate CANARIE Network with reliability and responsiveness • Develop and maintain critical technical documentation • Guide network architecture decisions and infrastructure development • Drive deployment of advanced network technologies • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in production wide area network design • Proficient in IPv4/IPv6, BGP, L2/L3 VPN, MPLS • Experience operating high availability network platforms • Knowledge of Nokia SR OS and other network OS • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
