Job description
Join the Sudbury Catholic District School Board as the Superintendent of Education, focusing on Mathematics, STEM, and Artificial Intelligence. This role involves strategic leadership in K–12 educational frameworks to elevate student achievement.

As a designated leader, you will shape the vision for AI and STEM learning across the district. A thorough understanding of current educational methodologies, along with experience in leadership roles in Ontario Catholic schools, is essential. Building strong partnerships within schools and communities to support students’ educational journeys is a priority for this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the Board Math Achievement Plan • Drive classroom instructional and assessment practices • Collaborate with principals and math facilitators • Lead AI curriculum integration efforts effectively • Support STEM education initiatives and partnerships

Requirements: • Enrollment in Ontario Supervisory Officer’s Qualification Program • Extensive experience in school and system leadership • Knowledge of ethics in AI education • Proven ability in educational programming development • Strong communication and leadership skills
