Job descriptionThe Regional Vice President, Corporate Wealth (RVP) will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client service, compliance, and productivity, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team. The RVP will also play a key role in developing and executing strategies to increase the revenue of existing and new businesses, by leveraging the full spectrum of our products and services available to clients.
Advisor Practice Support
Oversee a territory of financial advisor practices, providing ongoing coaching and strategic guidance.
Partner with advisors to develop business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Support advisors in improving productivity, client acquisition and retention strategies.
Act as the primary liaison between advisors and head office functions.
Sales Growth and Business Development
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase assets under management and client penetration.
Coach advisors on sales strategies, pipeline management and client engagements.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to address gaps.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback, and provide input and feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
Operations
Ensure advisor practices operate efficiently and in alignment with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement best practices to enhance client service delivery.
Support technology adoption and process improvements with advisor practices.
Leadership and Relationship Management
Build strong, trusted relationships with advisors and their teams.
Influence and motivate advisors to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across distribution, marketing, compliance and operations.
Attract new Financial Advisors to the program through networking and proactive outreach.
Conduct regular business reviews and presentations with corporate clients, and provide insights and recommendations on how to optimize their employee financial wellness programs.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. (MBA or advanced designation is an asset)
Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a client or advisor‑facing role.
Proven track record of increasing revenue and driving sales growth, and developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Strong understanding of financial advisor business models and practice management.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within financial services.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment products, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to travel as required to meet with corporate clients and regional teams.
