Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor • Lead daily store operations and manage key performance metrics • Coach and support team members for optimal productivity • Process new inventory and assist with restocking duties • Promote brand vision and stay updated on product launches

Requirements: • Previous retail Assistant Manager experience required • Strong leadership skills and ability to resolve issues • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities • Passion for the TOMMY HILFIGER brand and values • Physical ability to stand and move for long periods
