Job description
Become a key player at Scotiabank as a Senior Associate in Customer Service, located in Ottawa. Lead customer interactions and empower clients in their financial decisions.

You will be the face of Scotiabank, helping create lasting customer relationships and guiding them through their banking needs. The Senior Customer Experience Associate role emphasizes understanding and resolving customer needs through effective communication and sales opportunities. You'll also act as a technology ambassador, promoting digital banking resources.
