Job description
Become the essential Service Navigator at Brandon Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation (BNRC). Assist clients and community members while managing administrative tasks in a supportive environment.

This full-time term position ends March 31, 2027, focusing on service navigation, community wellness, and administrative support. Your role includes interacting warmly with the public, coordinating services, and facilitating access to essential resources. You will help foster a safe atmosphere for vulnerable populations by using trauma-informed practices and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as primary contact for BNRC programs and services • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person • Facilitate tours and provide service information to visitors • Navigate individuals to community resources effectively • De-escalate conflicts and support wellness activities

Requirements: • Experience in social services or community development • Knowledge of local community resources • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work with vulnerable populations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media
