Job description
Become a pivotal Team Lead in Health Services at Dynacare in Ajax, Ontario, where your leadership will shape patient care and team dynamics. This role focuses on day-to-day management and operational success. As Team Lead, you will track operations and report to the Regional Manager while engaging in coaching and mentoring team members. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing patient services, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and performing Laboratory Assistant duties. In this collaborative environment, you will be essential in enhancing service quality and staff training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and quality control measures • Lead staff coaching and development initiatives • Address and solve operational challenges efficiently • Maintain readiness for audits and compliance checks • Conduct blood and specimen collection as needed Requirements: • Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician Diploma required • 3–5 years of experience in a laboratory setting • Knowledge of MOH and safety guidelines • Proficient in laboratory software systems • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Lead Dynacare’s commitment to excellence in health services through your expertise and dedication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
