THE OPPORTUNITY & YOUR ROLE
As a
Family Physician , you will become an integral member of dynamic teams committed to delivering
patient-focused, forward-thinking healthcare . You will provide comprehensive and continuous primary medical care to patients of all ages, from diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses to preventative care and health education. You'll be responsible for conducting thorough physical examinations, ordering and interpreting necessary diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications.
Collaboration
with fellow healthcare professionals and the diligent maintenance of patient records are key aspects of this role. You'll have the chance to build a

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, you must hold an
M.D. or equivalent medical degree
and be eligible for full licensure with the
College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) . Certification in the
College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP)
or a recognized equivalent is also required.
