Contribute to Sherwin-Williams’ color operations as a Field Service Technician in Whitby, ON. Ensure quality service on color equipment and software while supporting store personnel in their training.
This role focuses on offering exceptional service for company-owned color assets across the US and Canada. As a Field Service Technician, youll address preventative and emergency service needs, enhancing store operations. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, managing inventory, and documenting service outcomes to improve our color coding systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train store personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
• Diagnose tinting problems via phone support
• Record details on service visits and repairs
• Manage just-in-time inventory for equipment parts
• Schedule preventive maintenance and emergency repair visits
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years mechanical repair experience preferred
• Customer service experience highly valued
• Electrical and mechanical skills essential
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
