Job description
Elevate after-sales support as a Product Support Manager at Toromont Material Handling, driving service excellence across eastern Canada. Ensure profitability while managing team performance and customer satisfaction.

This role encompasses comprehensive responsibilities, from managing warranty claims to coordinating service support across Saskatchewan to the Maritimes. You will lead strategic projects aimed at operational improvement, oversee training initiatives, and maintain service compliance. Your leadership will enhance the efficiency of day-to-day operations and improve technical support solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage service vehicle coordination and warranty claims • Collaborate with team for efficient technician dispatch • Deliver and oversee technical training initiatives • Analyze performance reports and identify trends • Streamline operational workflows and resource management

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering • 5–8 years of leadership experience in related fields • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong analytical skills and operational decision-making • Familiarity with industry-related systems like AS400
