Job description
Join McDonald's as a Permanent Shift Manager, overseeing a dynamic kitchen and ensuring exceptional service team performance. This full-time opportunity involves on-site commitment.

In this role, the Shift Manager will supervise food prep staff while enforcing quality control and safety measures. Responsibilities include training employees on essential job functions and monitoring inventory and sales records. Work in a bustling environment and resolve operational challenges efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise food preparation and team coordination • Train staff on sanitation and job requirements • Maintain quality control in food services • Keep detailed records of stock and sales • Manage repairs and minimize food waste

Requirements: • Must be a permanent resident or have a valid work permit • Prior management experience in fast food preferred • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment • Comfortable standing for long periods • Excellent leadership and communication skills
