Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or HR-related fields • Minimum 5 years in compensation or management consulting • Experience with diverse industries in pay strategy development • Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling • Strong project management skills managing multiple initiatives
