Job description
Advance your career with Colliers Project Leaders as an Assistant Project Manager in Northern Ontario. Support project management and enhance your skills across diverse projects and sectors.

In this role, you will assist experienced project managers on various projects, ranging from commercial buildings to Indigenous community initiatives. Your contributions will involve communication among key stakeholders, managing schedules, and preparing essential documents. This position is ideal for candidates eager to develop their project management abilities while making a difference in local communities.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as communication link among PMs, clients, and stakeholders • Manage schedule updates and maintain project controls • Develop project progress reports and tender documents • Document action items from project meetings • Provide relief support to other assistant PMs when needed

Requirements: • University degree or diploma in relevant field • 1-3 years' project management consulting experience • Exposure to construction practices and contract administration • Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
