Job description
Join the COBS Bread team as a Baking Team Member! Delight customers with fresh, homemade bread and pastries in a supportive and fun environment. At COBS Bread, you will take part in crafting artisan bakery products that delight the community. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and passionate about baking. You'll engage with customers while ensuring the bakery stays immaculate, all while following established recipes to create high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with the team in daily baking • Keep the bakery clean and presentable for customers • Follow production schedules and precise recipes • Accurately measure and mix baking ingredients • Shape dough and manage baking processes through ovens Requirements: • No previous experience necessary; just a willingness to learn • Strong team spirit and good organizational ability • Able to work independently and manage tasks • Must be an early riser for early morning shifts • Physical ability to lift up to 22 kg frequently Feel accomplished by creating delicious baked goods in a thriving team atmosphere at COBS Bread! #J-18808-Ljbffr
