Job description
Transform marine regions as a Principal Technical Consultant, Marine Scientist with ERM, available in major Canadian cities. This role combines high-level science and strategic insight to enhance Canada's coastal and oceanic environments.

In this influential position, you will be integral to delivering high-impact environmental projects nationwide, particularly in sensitive Arctic areas. Your role will involve providing strategic environmental assessments, managing complex monitoring efforts, and enhancing team capabilities through mentorship. Your contributions will ensure responsible development and ecosystem protection, vital for sustainable futures.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement nationwide marine field programs • Lead ecological monitoring and data analysis • Direct scientific consultation for clients • Develop mitigation and offsetting plans • Ensure quality control across all project phases

Requirements: • 6+ years in environmental consulting • B.Sc. in Marine Biology or Natural Resource Management • Expertise in managing logistics for marine projects • Professional Biologist registration • Driver’s License for travel across diverse locations
