Job description
Lead the charge at Player One Space as the Chief Technology Officer based in Vancouver, BC. This co-founder role merges your expertise in satellite systems and AI, aiming to revolutionize the space economy.

As a pivotal co-founder and CTO, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture, encompassing satellite design and edge AI implementations. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to set the technical vision, build a capable engineering team, and oversee the launch of our first satellites. This unique opportunity comes with substantial equity, salary, and options.

Key Responsibilities: • Design satellite system architecture and oversee vendor integration • Lead RF design, ensuring connectivity and spectrum compliance • Define edge AI operations across the satellite constellation • Develop ground segment strategies for mission operations • Recruit and build founding engineering team

Requirements: • Proven experience in designing complex space systems • Familiarity with satellite technologies and LEO connectivity • Background in ground station design and operations • Strong understanding of edge hardware integration • Willingness to take on a co-founder mentality
