Job description
Elevate customer experiences as a Customer Service Manager with Newrest, a leader in out-of-home catering. This pivotal role involves liaising between airline customers and internal teams.

In this dynamic position, you will be the key communicator, ensuring that flight schedules, menu changes, and operational guidelines are executed flawlessly. Your experience in customer service and operational coordination will allow you to maintain high service delivery standards, foster long-term client relationships, and oversee the resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and monitor technical data sheets for airline clients • Log and address customer complaints in QMS promptly • Calculate meal costs and manage client price lists • Coordinate client requests with internal departments • Maintain airline quality dashboard and standards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • 1–2 years in customer service or airline catering • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
