Bilingual Compensation Benefits Specialist

to help shape our total rewards programs and elevate our team to new heights!

Key Responsibilities Compensation Management

Support compensation practices to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Assist in annual pay planning, including budget salary planning and bonus accruals.

Manage incentive plans with accurate calculations and timely payments.

Conduct job evaluations and provide guidance on compensation policies.

Contribute to salary structure development and market benchmarking.

Oversee incentive processing for accuracy and compliance.

Benefits Administration

Administer benefits and retirement schemes, including health and life insurance, and EAP.

Support benefits renewal, vendor management, and communication updates.

Process enrollments, changes, and terminations promptly.

Coordinate annual open enrollment, preparing materials and conducting sessions.

Liaise with benefits carriers for claims and eligibility issues.

Develop communications for program changes and respond to employee inquiries.

Administer the pension plan, processing contributions and withdrawals per regulations.

Ensure compliance with relevant pension legislation.

What You Bring

A university degree in Business, Human Resources, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).

3+ years in HR focused on compensation and benefits.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel; familiarity with Google Platform is a bonus.

Bilingualism (English/French) is a must.

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective stress management and adaptability.

A proactive approach to achieving goals.

Working Conditions
