Financial Compensation The expected annualized base salary for this role is $125,000. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in an MBA or Master’s program, with a graduation date no sooner than April 2027. Please indicate your expected graduation date on your resume.
Students with a technical undergraduate or graduate degree (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.), along with a strong understanding of financial reporting preferred.
You must be on‑site full‑time.
Work Location: Toronto.
Duration of work term: 4 months (September 2026 – December 2026).

Project management – Take the lead with projects and tasks that will provide the opportunity to learn about the Capital Markets industry and to develop the skills required for solid financial analysis.
Reporting and analysis – Gain valuable knowledge of the process involved in writing research reports, forecasting, researching and analyzing companies, industries, and market trends.
Communication – Partner with your team to make an impact by applying a technical skillset to help generate insights and/or optimize processes. Showcase highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.

You are highly motivated, accomplished, and a success‑oriented individual who has a keen interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industry demonstrated through school courses, clubs, and/or related work experience. You have a proven record of academic success, teamwork, and extracurricular involvement.
