Job description
Lead impactful nuclear projects with Chandos as a Senior Project Director in Upper Ottawa Valley. This role requires hands-on presence and expertise in managing large-scale delivery across complex environments. Chandos seeks an experienced Senior Project Director to oversee substantial industrial projects. Your leadership will drive execution discipline, ensuring predictable outcomes in cost, quality, and risk management. You will foster teamwork and manage stakeholder relationships while being visible and accountable on-site to facilitate progress. Key Responsibilities: • Drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple facets • Develop subtrade strategies and manage commercial contracts • Establish clear execution rhythms and accountability systems • Cultivate a high-performing team and foster strong alignment • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through transparency Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in industrial construction • Proven delivery of $500M+ projects as Project Director • Expertise in nuclear or regulated industrial environments • Strong commercial acumen in risk and forecasting • Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field Utilize your leadership skills and commercial insight to drive project success at Chandos with a focus on quality and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr
