Be a catalyst for success in the role of Bilingual Managing Partner at Workday. Engage deploying customers through effective Cloud SaaS ERP management in Toronto.
The Managing Partner role empowers you to lead and advocate for your assigned customer group, ensuring they gain maximum value from their Workday solutions. Your expertise in Cloud SaaS ERP systems, alongside a strong track record of maintaining C-level relationships, will be crucial in fostering strategic alignment and customer satisfaction. Work closely with diverse teams to ensure subscriptions meet customer needs and growth aspirations.
Key Responsibilities: • Advocate for assigned customers to drive success • Ensure fulfillment of Workday obligations and customer commitments • Promote valuable customer experiences and renewals • Collaborate to execute customer account strategies • Support implementation teams on critical deployment issues
Requirements: • Fluent in French Canadian and English • 10+ years deploying sophisticated Cloud SaaS solutions • 2+ years experience in a cloud-native HR or Finance setting • 8+ years of fostering C-level partnerships • Proven ability to strategize account growth
