Job description
Family in the Glebe looking for a warm, capable person to join our home a few mornings a week starting around 6 AM. The core of the role is food: planning the weekly menu, sourcing groceries, prepping and cooking for the family. We want someone who can own that process end to end and take the mental load off. We love Persian food and eat broadly across cultures. You’d also arrive early, taking the baby so Mom can sleep a bit longer, and run the morning. That means feeding and settling her, prepping breakfast for toddler/dad/mom, and holding down the house while we do toddler daycare drop-off. As she starts solids, you’d assist with that too. Some light household tidying involved as well (laundry, kitchen reset, etc). Bonus points if you naturally connect with kids. We have a toddler too and would love someone who’s fun and engaging with him. Days and hours are somewhat flexible. First Aid & CPR required. Competitive pay.
