Job description
Shape the future of pharmacy practice with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba as the Director of Practice Quality. This pivotal role is hybrid, overseeing significant quality programs within the pharmacy sector.

In this leadership position, you will manage the Continuing Competency Program and provide expertise to the Quality Assurance Committee. You will evaluate program effectiveness, develop key initiatives, and ensure pharmacists maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will be instrumental in promoting safe care practices across Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the execution of the Continuing Competency Program • Integrate quality improvement initiatives across programs • Identify trends through quality data analysis • Support staff recruitment and training for quality initiatives • Educate partners on compliance with practice standards

Requirements: • Health profession degree with five years of experience • Leadership experience in management or teaching • Knowledge of pharmacy regulatory responsibilities • Collaborative approach with system partners • Strong organizational and communication skills
