Job description
Enhance customer experiences as a Front End Supervisor with Sobeys in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Lead your team to deliver exceptional service while managing daily operations and employee development.

In this full-time role, you will supervise the front end operations at Sobeys, ensuring a welcoming shopping atmosphere. Your skills in coaching, team development, and maintaining cleanliness will drive customer loyalty and profits. You’ll also analyze sales data and ensure compliance with safety standards while empowering your staff to excel.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coach front end staff effectively • Monitor compliance with SOP, food safety, and pricing strategies • Analyze sales reports to drive performance • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area • Manage staff scheduling and inventory procedures

Requirements: • Minimum 12 months of supervisory experience required • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings • Full knowledge of department operations and standards
