Job description
Lead Geely Auto Canada as the Head of Sales, driving commercial success across the Canadian automotive landscape. This role emphasizes sales strategy and dealer management. As the Head of Sales, you will report directly to senior leadership and manage the end-to-end commercial performance. You will analyze market trends and implement actionable strategies to position Geely Auto as a leader in the evolving EV market. This role involves dealer onboarding, optimizing sales policies, and ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction across Canada. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze consumer trends and competitor strategies • Develop localized go-to-market strategies • Identify and onboard dealer partners • Champion customer feedback through NPS programs • Ensure compliance with automotive regulations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • 5+ years in automotive sales experience • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets • Strong leadership and communication skills • Entrepreneurial spirit with market acumen This role requires a strategic mindset and passion for innovation in the automotive industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
