Job description
Lead innovative medical technology as the Commercial Head for Canada at KARL STORZ. Shape strategies to enhance market share and customer experience within a dynamic MedTech environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Canadian subsidiary as the General Manager, focusing on strategy execution and performance. With a strong emphasis on translating corporate objectives into actionable plans, you will lead a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, and Digital segments. Drive profitable growth while building relationships with key industry stakeholders and maintaining operational integrity. Key Responsibilities: • Define Canadian commercial strategy aligned with global objectives • Manage the Canada P&L with full accountability • Elevate sales execution through effective CRM and training • Collaborate across functions to ensure strategic alignment • Build executive relationships with key customers and partners Requirements: • 15+ years in sales, marketing, or product management • 5+ years of senior leadership experience • Proven track record of profitable growth • Strong business acumen and analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred Shape the future of MedTech in Canada with strategic leadership and innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
