Job description
Elevate your career with CAE as a Financial Director, focusing on global operations and financial governance. Lead a dynamic team and partner with executives to drive strategic decision-making. The Financial Director role is essential for overseeing financial performance across corporate functions and ensuring operational excellence. You will manage a team of around 25 finance professionals, aligning business goals with financial strategies. In this leadership position, you will serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to top executives, providing critical financial insights for performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a 25-member finance team • Act as Finance Business Partner to executive leadership • Manage Montreal cost centers and financial reporting • Oversee capital governance and asset management • Implement financial policies and controls Requirements: • University degree in accounting or finance • Minimum 12 years of financial management experience • At least 6 years in a leadership role • Proven ability to drive results effectively • Professional accounting designation (CPA or CFA) Bring your expertise in finance and leadership to contribute to CAE’s mission of making the world a safer place. #J-18808-Ljbffr
