Job description
We are looking for a full-time, long-term experienced nanny to join our family and help care for our children in a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment. Primary care will be for our energetic and sweet almost 3-year-old daughter, with occasional care for our 4-month-old son as needed. Responsibilities include: * Driving our toddler to activities and outings * Planning and engaging in educational and age-appropriate activities at home * Preparing and feeding meals/snacks for our toddler * Assisting with toilet learning and bathing * Occasionally caring for both children for short periods of time * Comfortably bottle-feeding, burping, diaper changing, and putting our infant down for naps * Hand-washing children’s dishes and bottles * Light household duties related to the children, including: * Tidying and organizing toys/play areas * Loading and unloading the dishwasher * Taking out garbage/recycling * Folding laundry * Light vacuuming and general cleanup Ideal Candidate: * Minimum 4 years of nanny or childcare experience * Strong references * Warm, dependable, patient, and proactive * Comfortable caring for both a toddler and infant * Valid driver’s license and safe driving record * Looking for a long-term position with a family We are offering competitive pay for the right candidate and hope to find someone who will become a valued part of our family.
