Join our vibrant team as a Prep Cook, delivering exceptional dining experiences inspired by Italian cuisine. Your culinary skills will shine as you prepare fresh, scratch-made dishes for every guest. As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our restaurant’s high culinary standards. Your responsibilities include following recipes, managing ingredients, and creating delightful dishes that embody our Italian passion and quality. We seek candidates familiar with kitchen operations to enhance our guests' experiences through consistent service. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare food items according to recipes and standards • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen • Handle fresh ingredients and follow safety protocols • Lift items up to 50 lbs. and maintain kitchen workflow • Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment Requirements: • Ability to communicate effectively in English • Previous restaurant experience or culinary education preferred • Food Handler Certification is a plus • Reliable transportation to and from work • Availability for all restaurant operating hours Become a key player in creating memorable Italian meals through your culinary skills and dedication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
