In This Role, You Will
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Support the Project Management team in evaluating vendor proposals, progressing designs, completing the project framework documents, supporting RFPs, scheduling, cost control, change management, contractor management, construction execution, and commissioning
Manage projects at different stages, including scoping, feasibility, execution, and completion
Work within multi‑disciplinary professional teams, supporting projects such as major building renovations and the replacement of underground waterlines
Seek ways to improve processes by collaborating with the engineering team, operations, and consultants on new process development, quality assurance initiatives, day‑to‑day troubleshooting, and evaluation test work
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to improve business operations
Requirements
Working towards an undergraduate degree in Civil, Project, or Mechanical Engineering with a passion for project‑based work
Comfortable working in a dynamic industrial environment with a range of engineering, technical, and operational personnel
Motivated self‑starter with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and a solid understanding of AutoCAD and Solidworks is advantageous
