We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Restructuring group. This new role gives you the chance to build a meaningful career in financial advisory, helping companies and creditors manage through disruption and change.
What You’ll Be Doing
Analyzing financial data, accounting records, and financial models.
Assessing business plans, forecasts, and financial positions of distressed companies.
Preparing integrated cash‑flow models and scenario analyses.
Supporting the execution of formal restructuring mandates including receiverships, proposals, and bankruptcies.
Preparing formal reports to stakeholders, creditors, and the courts.
Assisting in advising companies, lenders, creditors, shareholders, and regulators.
Managing multiple engagements and timelines concurrently.
Managing sales processes for the disposition of distressed assets and businesses.
Participating in practice development and business networking initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
2–3 years of experience in a professional accounting services firm (audit experience is an asset).
CPA designation obtained or in progress.
Experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, or turnaround is a strong asset but not required.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
Compensation The expected range for this role is $68,000 – $104,000 annually.
