Responsibilities
Producing the headcount report.
Producing and presenting the cost centre report.
Preparing site activity reviews.
Producing actual versus budget comparisons of under/over recovery.
Entering and controlling data related to your scope in the reporting tool.
Explaining under/over recovery discrepancies.
Explaining variances on cost centres.
Establishing best estimates and last estimates of costs.
Coordinating and preparing the budget exercise (costs and rates) for different functions.
Acting as the key user for the timesheet tool and SAP GSI.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, ideally CPA.
Experience or understanding of monthly closing activities, reporting, and budget preparation.
Knowledge of SAP and timesheet systems.
Familiarity with financial analysis and variance explanations.
Strong communication skills in both French and English.
Rigor and attention to detail.
Analytical skills for problem‑solving and decision‑making.
Autonomy and self‑motivation.
Business partnering to support cost centre managers effectively.
Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
