Job description
Join a premier builder in Muskoka as a Project Manager for luxury custom builds. Lead projects that combine craftsmanship, client engagement, and detailed oversight.

As a key member of our high-performing team, you will oversee 5–8 luxury projects, guiding clients from the design phase to completion. This role is aimed at those who take pride in quality and possess strong relationship skills. Work closely with an in-house architecture team and adapt your processes to meet diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee luxury residential projects from start to finish • Provide expert advice on design and budget to clients • Collaborate with architects and teams for project success • Develop project plans and report on progress regularly • Manage budgets and understand design cost implications

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential project management • Understanding of scheduling and cost fluctuations • High emotional intelligence for client interactions • Strong organizational skills for managing simultaneous tasks • Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
