Job Description

The purpose of this role is to deliver proactive and operational excellent digital marketing support by executing the agreed Marketing & Communication & Media plans as well as participating in cross-functional basic processes and implementing campaigns and initiatives to support the realization of market sales and profitability targets.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing and related media strategy for assigned markets
  • Define content strategy in the digital touchpoints and measure engagement performance to assess the quality of the content and impact to Brand Health; heavy reliance on data to analyze, optimize and report performance of social/content initiatives
  • Develop and execute social media, influencer marketing and content marketing campaigns across brands and sub-brands in B2C and B2B space
  • Create, monitor and manage social media accounts by sharing engaging content to grow the communities and establish brand presence amongst all channels
  • Understand target consumer and produce high quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving engagement, and promoting campaigns leveraging social/media trends
  • Set up marketing automation with strong content strategy to drive email marketing/CRM initiatives to build 1st party consumer database and nurture the users in decision journey
  • Strong understanding of SEM and SEO and be able to interpret data and drive strategies to achieve goals
  • Measure, analyse and report the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Update website content from time to time

Ecommerce

  • Accelerate eCommerce digital sales for assigned markets: achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices, and profit margin and accountable for managing the digital sales orders. Optimize the daily sales and realize the budgets, planning and targets
  • Set vision to develop ecommerce opportunities across channels. Identify key players in different territories and establish relationships to drive business.
  • Understand the key business drivers across products, colour and location to build strategic ecommerce portfolio and drive ecommerce marketing strategy to accelerate ecommerce sales
  • Proactively analyze and report of ecommerce marketing performance, sales results, market, competition, and trends and provide action plans. Review platform metrics and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize ecommerce journeys, conversion rate and improve acquisition rate
  • Analyze digital insights and data to enhance brand platforms (web and app) by closely collaborating with global digital teams, integration with marketplace players and other internal digital products
  • Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives including but not limited to on-site activity, social media, display, search engine and affiliate marketing channels

Experience

  • Minimum 2 – 4 yrs of hands-on experience in successfully managing digital marketing platforms, digital campaigns and ecommerce strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience managing social media communities across major networks (Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and developing impactful content (written, imagery, video)
  • Passionate about all aspects of digital & content marketing with an innovative mindset to drive results-driven engagements through impactful and effective content
  • Familiarity on content performance measurements through utilization of relevant data, tools and platforms. Experienced in using social media management tools is preferred
  • Preferred experience working with agency on UI/UX. Knowledge about branded e-store development and existing ecommerce frameworks like Shopify, Big Commerce etc. would be beneficial
  • Preferred prior experience working with ecommerce platforms e.g. Shopee, Lazada, amazon
  • Knowledge of consumer digital journey within the paint industry and optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools to maximise outreach and sales
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, visualization of data, dashboards, particularly performance management
  • Skilled at influencing opinion to accomplish business goals and objectives while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Extremely detail orientated with strong project management skills.
  • Agile and able to deal with ambiguity; Excellent command of spoken and written English a must
  • Preferred to have a good communications in second language e.g. Chinese to reach out to painters
