WAGE RANGE: $72.06 - $90.07 per hour ($131,149.20- $163,927.40 annually)

MAIN DUTIES:
The Manager of Clinical Services provides strategic clinical leadership and oversight across the home, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, resident- and family centred care. Supporting the Administrator, the Manager of Clinical Services serves as a key clinical resource and partner in advancing regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and best practices in long term care. Provides leadership and direction among nursing departments, ensuring coordinated clinical services and consistent standards of practice across the Home.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Nursing (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated senior level management experience within health care or a public sector environment.
- Experience working within long term care or a municipal facility is an asset, including working with Provincial leaders in the Long Term Care health sector.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Completion of a long term care management certificate an asset.
- Proven success developing strategic directions, managing compliance and leading high performance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver programs, services, and outcomes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytic and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to the Continuous Quality improvement and resident centered philosophy.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
