Role Description
This is a senior position. You will run a full tort caseload from issuance through settlement or trial prep — drafting pleadings, motion records, mediation memos, handling productions and undertakings, and working directly with our lawyers and team leads.
What we need:
5+ years as a plaintiff PI tort clerk
Strong on the Rules of Civil Procedure, comfortable drafting
Accredited law clerk program
LEAP experience an asset
