Job description
Become part of Nature’s Path Foods as a Senior Manager, FP&A based in Richmond, BC. This 15-month contract role emphasizes business partnering and financial reporting to enhance strategic decision-making.

As the Senior Manager FP&A, you will interact with senior leaders to define essential KPIs and performance metrics. This position requires strong analytical capabilities in leading financial planning and reporting activities. Your ability to translate financial data into actionable insights will support the company's sustainable growth and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leaders to establish success metrics • Ensure financial definitions are consistent across functions • Lead annual planning and forecasting cycles • Analyze financial outcomes vs. established forecasts • Support ongoing enhancements to financial reporting systems

Requirements: • Extensive background in financial planning and analysis • Proven experience partnering with senior executives • Excellent communication and metrics validation skills • Familiarity with financial data governance • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
