Brand Marketing Manager
The Brand Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing to bring Pehr’s world to life across influencer, brand partnerships, social media and PR.
Working within a small, collaborative team, this person will balance thoughtful strategy with
hands-on execution, taking ownership of key workflows and ensuring brand initiatives are
executed seamlessly.
What You’ll Do (Strategy + Execution)
You will help shape how Pehr shows up across social, contributing to voice, storytelling, and
content direction. In close partnership with the Social Media Coordinator, you will provide the
inputs that fuel the channel – bringing together influencer content, PR moments, product
storytelling, and campaigns into a cohesive, elevated presence.
You will manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, building and maintaining a thoughtful
network of creators aligned with the brand. This includes sourcing, outreach, briefing, contracting, and relationship management, as well as owning gifting and seeding logistics.
You will support PR and brand experience initiatives alongside agency partners – coordinating
influencer events and brand moments. You will own key logistics, including set-up, workback
timelines, guest lists, product coordination, and follow-up, ensuring each touchpoint is organized and on-brand.
You will support photoshoot planning and execution in partnership with Creative and Production –coordinating shot lists, product pulls, and on-set needs to ensure assets align with brand and
marketing priorities.
You will work cross-functionally with E-Comm, Merchandising, and Planning teams to align on
product priorities and support launches, site moments, and campaigns. You’ll ensure this is
translated into clear briefs and consistent storytelling across channels.
You will own the operational backbone of brand marketing – managing samples, tracking product, coordinating campaign logistics, and maintaining organized systems. You will also track
performance across influencer and brand efforts, compiling reports and surfacing actionable
insights.
You Bring
5+ years of experience in brand, influencer, or social media marketing, ideally within a fashion,
lifestyle, or DTC brand, with hands-on experience managing creator partnerships.
You have worked in small, fast-paced environments and are comfortable contributing strategically while owning execution. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workstreams.
You have experience managing external partners or agencies and collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Production, and E-Commerce.
You are familiar with and consistently working with the tools that support this work – influencer
platforms (ShopMy, LTK), content tools (Canva), and analytics tools (GA, AA).
