Job Description
A well-established Canadian real estate investment trust with a large-scale commercial and retail portfolio is seeking a Financial Analyst, Recoveries to join their Property Accounting team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity operating on a hybrid model with a minimum of three days in office per week.
This is a role for someone early in their real estate accounting career who is eager to develop deep expertise in tenant recoveries and lease accounting. If you are analytically minded, service-oriented, and thrive in a structured environment where accuracy and collaboration matter, this is a strong platform to grow within a sophisticated real estate organization.
