Job description
Enhance community service at Shoppers Drug Mart as an Assistant Front Store Manager. This opportunity involves mentoring staff, managing operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

As an Assistant Front Store Manager, you will work closely with the Front Store Manager to manage resources effectively and improve product flow to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve hiring efforts and compliance with HR standards, helping you build a motivated team that embodies the store's core values.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive store excellence by maintaining high standards • Partner with management for effective operations and staffing • Assist hiring and training processes with the FSM • Implement HR compliance and administrative tasks • Encourage and engage staff in cultural initiatives

Requirements: • Must have a background in retail management • Skilled in planning and decision-making • Strong leadership and mentorship qualities essential • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
