Full-Time Posting date A career as an Account Specialist in the Equipment Finance team at National Bank means acting as a key contributor who supports leasing and financing transactions from start to finish. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization by leveraging your experience in lease administration, credit coordination, documentation, and customer support to help achieve growth objectives while ensuring accuracy, risk management, and client satisfaction. In this role, you respond to real operational challenges and play an essential part in delivering a smooth experience for clients, vendors, and internal partners. You help ensure that each transaction is processed efficiently, complies with policies, and contributes to the long-term success of the business. Support account executives in managing leasing and financing transactions from application through funding Identify risks, documentation gaps, or compliance issues and propose appropriate solutions with internal partners Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and client experience Within the Equipment Finance Operations department, you are part of a collaborative team and report to the Sales Coordination Manager.
