Job description
Advance your career with General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as an International Technical Sales Manager. Drive sales of Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS) while engaging with global customers.

This role is crucial for professionals with a solid background in technical sales and engineering. You will leverage your expertise to understand and tackle complex challenges faced by clients. Successful candidates will showcase their strong technical acumen in defence technologies, solution selling, and effective negotiation.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as a subject-matter expert to the Business Development team • Collaborate with partners to capture and validate technical requirements • Deliver compelling product demos and develop proposals • Maintain collaboration across product management, engineering, and sales teams • Advocate for customers post-sale, resolving any technical issues

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science • Over 10 years in B2B technical sales experience • Proven technical skills in defence technologies • Expertise in solution-selling methodologies • Willing to travel internationally for customer engagements
