Senior Policy Analyst – Strategic Policy Salary:
$99,899 – $117,528 – $135,158 per year (pay range explained below) Contract:

37.5 hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm) Location:
Alberni office, Downtown Vancouver – Hybrid (50% in office) available. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, spring 2027. Responsibilities
As Senior Policy Analyst, Strategic Policy, you will undertake strategic and policy‑based research, analysis, planning, and writing in alignment with Regional priorities, FNHA’s mandate, and the Multi‑Year Health Plan. This will include developing reports, presentations, briefing notes and co‑developing strategies, frameworks, and action plans to sustain and improve the health of BC First Nations. You will also help initiate, maintain, and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and applicable health‑system partners (e.g., provincial/federal governments, First Nations organizations/leadership). Qualifications
An undergraduate degree from a recognized post‑secondary institution, in a related area such as policy, law, public health, governance, or political science. A graduate degree in a similar field would be an asset. 5–7 years of work experience in policy/strategy development and analysis. Experience working with First Nations people and communities. Experience in First Nations/Metis/Inuit health policy would be an asset. Experience in Senior Policy Analyst and Strategic Policy roles. Benefits
