Job description
Lead programmatic strategy with KINESSO as the Director of Programmatic. Drive business growth, foster client relationships, and mentor your team for success in a hybrid work environment.

As a Director of Programmatic, you will spearhead a programmatic business unit, ensuring both revenue growth and team development. This strategic role entails building trusted client partnerships, leading programmatic implementation across various media channels, and mentoring a team of professionals. You will oversee client needs, support operational excellence, and cultivate relationships with programmatic partners.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop strong client relationships and partnerships • Lead and mentor a programmatic team for optimal performance • Oversee team development and service delivery • Identify improvement opportunities in processes and client solutions • Ensure achievement of client campaign goals and KPIs

Requirements: • 8+ years in paid digital media and programmatic strategies • Expertise in DV360, The Trade Desk, and similar tools • Solid grasp of digital media ecosystems • Strong client service orientation with proven relationship skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
