Responsibilities As Manager, Learning Systems you will:
Inspire, lead, and develop a high‑performing learning operations team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and adherence to learning standards.
Ensure the L&D team is equipped with deep functional knowledge of learning systems to consistently deliver a strong, seamless learner experience across the learning ecosystem.
Contribute to and maintain a multi‑year Learning Ecosystem Roadmap aligned with L&D best practices, operational standards, and firm‑wide strategic priorities.
Serve as the subject‑matter expert on the technical and functional capabilities of core learning systems, leading or supporting initiatives that drive system adoption and continuous process improvement.
Continuously optimise system workflows, automation, and configurations based on approved requirements, leveraging a strong process‑improvement mindset to enhance productivity and the user experience.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and effective system and operational process designs.
Lead learning system feature deployments, configurations, and upgrades in alignment with best learning practices and an optimal learner experience.
Partner closely with L&D colleagues to support and implement approved learning strategies and structural LMS changes.
Coordinate learning system integrations with other firm systems, including analytics, reporting, and authentication platforms.
Collaborate with IT to ensure learning system data is secure, stable, scalable, and governed through effective data governance practices.
Evolve and maintain operational system standards by standardising and documenting system data structures, templates, workflows, and processes.
Regularly monitor, validate, and audit learning datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Take on or contribute to additional learning and development tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who:
Has completed post‑secondary education, professional certification, or equivalent experience in training and development, instructional design, project management, or process design.
Has at least 3 years’ experience in a learning technology support role, with solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Learning Experience Platforms, SSO, CSS, and integration/configuration across systems.
Has 2+ years’ experience as a people manager.
Possesses additional certifications or experience in Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
Has 2+ years’ project‑management and process‑improvement experience.
Demonstrates working knowledge of learning content authoring tools and modalities (ILT, e‑learning, videos, podcasts, documents, observational assessment tools, forums, online learning plans and pathways).
Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels and functions.
Shows strengths in working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Maintains strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Can work effectively under pressure while juggling multiple competing priorities.
Has background knowledge of accounting practices or experience working in a professional services environment (beneficial).

Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 in Toronto (may vary for other locations based on local market).
