Job description
Join Stay22 as the Head of Engineering, leading a hybrid team in Montreal. Drive technical strategy and manage a growing organization embracing innovation and excellence in engineering. As a pivotal senior leadership figure at Stay22, you will oversee a passionate engineering organization of around 40 professionals. Your expertise will guide the engineering strategy, foster collaboration across departments, and elevate technical standards. In partnership with Product, Data, and Commercial leaders, you will translate ambitious goals into impactful systems and engineering roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: • Lead an engineering team of approximately forty members • Define and implement engineering strategy and roadmap • Collaborate closely with Product and Data leadership • Guide architecture decisions and technical reviews • Foster culture of innovation and ownership Requirements: • 15+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership • Proven track record in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or affiliate contexts • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and Python • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Shape the future of Stay22’s engineering landscape and build a high-impact team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
