What will your typical day look like?

• Provide operational support for Network Security Services across the Deloitte global infrastructure.
• 24x7 device monitoring, operation, and engineering.
• Participate in a rotational on-call coverage schedule
• First responder to monitored alerts, incidents, and issues.
• Monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Network security environment
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in customer success management, account management, solution sales, or customer-facing roles
• Networking and/or cybersecurity background and experience with Cloud Service providers
• Familiarity with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Infoblox, Bluecat, Cisco ISE technologies a plus
• Experience with SaaS applications, deployments, and migration to cloud services
• DNS, DHCP, and IPAM experience
• Network Access Control experience
• Excellent organizational, consulting, project management, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate technical solutions provided by engineering teams in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Successful experience in managing global enterprise customers

• Experience working with the InfoBlox and Bluecat: (DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP, Reporting, etc..)
• Experience working with Cisco ISE: (802.1x, TACACS, Radius)
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
• Knowledge of Palo Alto Prisma Access will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of API’s is a plus
• Knowledge of various cloud platforms: (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network protocols.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and commands to ensure quick resolution to issues.
• Cisco certification are a plus (CCNA, CCNP)
• Palo certifications are a plus (PCCET, PCNSA/PCNSE)

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
