Job description
Join Access Credit Union as a Lending Officer II and build lasting member relationships in Manitoba. This role applies strong analytical skills to evaluate loan options and enhance service delivery.

In this position, you will act as a Brand Ambassador while managing the full credit granting process. With a focus on personal service, you will ensure members' financial needs are met through the credit union's range of products. Your contributions will not only foster trust but also drive the profitability of the credit union.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and process loan applications accurately • Educate members on available credit products and services • Maintain loan delinquency control through regular follow-ups • Foster member trust and resolve concerns proactively • Participate actively in branch sales strategy meetings

Requirements: • High school diploma and relevant business or finance certification • Previous customer service or sales experience required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to make timely decisions under pressure • Familiarity with risk management policies
