Job description
Lead the establishment of a Group Purchasing Organization focused on hospitality with Aspire Software. Drive vendor partnerships and create a thriving revenue stream for the industry. Aspire Software, part of Valsoft Corporation, is hiring a Head of GPO to create a new business aimed at aggregating purchasing power across hotels and restaurants. This role focuses on defining operational models and securing strategic vendor partnerships while driving adoption for newly established services. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and GPO experience to scale this zero-to-one opportunity successfully. Key Responsibilities: • Build the GPO Business and define its operating model • Secure strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate agreements • Activate aggregated customer spend for enhanced participation • Establish recurring vendor-funded revenue streams • Partner with portfolio CEOs to ensure economic value Requirements: • 6–10+ years in Group Purchasing Organizations or similar setups • Proven success in securing national supplier agreements • Experience scaling vendor-funded commercial models • Ability to build a business unit from early stage to revenue • Strong financial acumen in margin and revenue models Bring your ambition and expertise in vendor partnerships to lead a transformative business in the hospitality sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
